Up to 3 Months Before

• Initial in-person consultation

Up to 1 Month Before

• Unlimited communication via email, phone, and text
• Venue walk-through for ceremony and reception

1 Week Before

• Review vendor contracts, confirm details, and instruct vendors to communicate with Blush
• Provide a “yet-to-do” checklist for the couple

1-2 Days Before

• Coordinate and assist with rehearsal (1-2 hours)
• Ensure wedding party understands responsibilities and schedule
• Finalize wedding day timeline and distribute to vendors
• Assist with seating charts, family/wedding party schedules, and other documents

Day of Wedding

Ceremony 

• Main point of contact for vendors and venue staff
• Oversee ceremony setup (programs, chairs, decor, etc.)
• Retain marriage license for officiant
• Distribute flowers to bridal party and family
• Keep wedding party and vendors on schedule
• Direct ushers and assist guests as needed
• Cue music and processional
• Assist with wedding party & family photos
• Provide a stocked Wedding Day Emergency Kit
• Handle vendor payments and gratuities

Reception

• Oversee reception setup (seating cards, gifts table, favors, etc.)
• Cue entrances, speeches, special dances, cake cutting, and other key moments
• Assist with cake cutting and distribution
• Manage any reception-related issues
• Secure wedding gifts, personal items, and arrange for safe transport
• Handle vendor payments and gratuities
• Direct post-event clean-up and assist as needed
